Get your home ready

Before we arrive

Remove bedding, clothing, curtains and fabric items from treated rooms
Place washable items in sealed bags
Wash and dry using high heat
Declutter floors and drawers
Pull furniture slightly away from walls
Vacuum mattress seams, floors and furniture

After treatment

Do not re-enter property for 24 hours
Do not wash or wipe treated surfaces for 7 days
Light vacuuming after 5–7 days is recommended
Follow-up treatment recommended in 2–3 weeks

How long does it take to work?

Activity may continue for 7–14 days as bed bugs contact treated surfaces.

Why am I still getting bites?

Newly hatched bugs may still emerge before contacting treatment.

Is treatment safe?

Yes, once dry the treatment is safe for children and pets.

Is there a warranty?

No warranty applies due to complexity of infestations.

Keep them away

Inspect any second-hand furniture you bring into your home after treatment
Wash clothing immediately after returning home from travel
Reduce clutter around sleeping areas
